I set up this "maquiladora" in support of a San Diego based C-6 contractor, acquiring all permits, licenses and contracts for import/export of raw materials and finished goods. Generated cost proposals, drawings and contracts, administered all accounting and legal functions and spearheaded all marketing efforts. Successfully relocated all fabrication operations to the Mexico facility, while maintaining quality and delivery goals of zero defects and on-time delivery/installation.

Assisted in transitioning the company through restructuring, prior to sale to off-shore interests.

Performed feasibility study on establishment of a new operation in South America.
